The crowd’s favourite Japanese Festival is back at Happy Valley Racecourse this November, presented by The Hong Kong Jockey Club in partnership with the Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong and the Japan Racing Association. Experience a dazzling fusion of racing excitement and cultural immersion, including the Japan Racing Association Trophy on 5 November, alongside themed entertainment, cultural experience and authentic Japanese flavours. Mark your calendars: the festivities kick off with the day race on 2 November (Sun), followed by the night races on 5, 12 and 19 November.

Get ready for a culinary adventure that will transport you straight to Tokyo! Delight in authentic Japanese dishes like Crispy Shrimp Cake, Hiroshima Yaki, Green Tea Pudding with Red Bean Paste and Sakura Latte Waffle from the Beer Garden food trucks and stalls, paired with iced beer, Japanese sake or sake cocktails. On 5 November, a special sake truck will be set up, offering free tasting of a designated sake served in traditional wooden masu cups2.
